The initiative is the result of a partnership between Liga Ventures, the first accelerator focused on connecting startups and large companies in the country, NGK do Brasil, one of the world leaders in the supply of auto parts, and Mercedes-Benz, the largest commercial vehicle manufacturer and sales leader in Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>\tFor this fifth acceleration cycle, the areas of interest that the program seeks innovative solutions are: marketplace, sensing\/big data\/IoT, blockchain, multimodal MaaS platform and data analytics for demand forecasting integrated with WMS. Startups interested in participating in the program can apply until August 30 through the website <a href=\"https:\/\/liga.ventures\/autotech\/\">https:\/\/liga.ventures\/autotech\/<\/a>. Between August and October, candidates will be enrolled, evaluated and interviewed. The acceleration is scheduled to start in November.<\/p>\n<p>\t\u201cThe objective of Liga Ventures is to connect leading companies in the market to technology startups so that they can explore countless business opportunities. It is a great satisfaction to achieve our purpose through this new cycle of the AutoTech program, now together with NGK and our partner Mercedes-Benz.\u201d comments Daniel Grossi, founding partner of Liga Ventures.<\/p>\n<p>\t4 startups linked to the mobility, transport, logistics and automotive markets will be selected. The acceleration program will have 4 months, where startups will have support from the Liga Ventures team and mentor network, in addition to direct contact with executives from Mercedes-Benz and NGK for the development of projects.<\/p>\n<p>\t&quot;The automotive market is undergoing very rapid changes and opening opportunities for new businesses and new technologies. NGK do Brasil is aware of the challenges of today and the future. For this reason, NGK has partnered with Liga Ventures to participate in the its Liga Autotech program. We want to actively work with startups in this innovation process and create a strong connection with this ecosystem.
