Despite this, many organizations, whether private, public or third party sector, will have difficulties to adapt to the new rules brought by the legislation. According to the ABES LGPD Index - a tool developed by ABES (Brazilian Association of Software Companies), in partnership with EY, 60% of companies still do not meet the requirements of the new law. In addition to the lack of adequacy, many managers still have doubts about points that involve the application of the new legislation and the form of inspection by the responsible body.<\/p>\n<p>\tTo discuss the challenges of the LPGPD and what will be the role of the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), experts, representatives of the private sector and the government gather in a webinar promoted by ABES that will take place next Monday (13), at 15h.
