The event had the support of Weplace, consultancy for human capital management, in the themes of Management &amp; Governance; People; and Culture &amp; Performance.<\/p>\n<p>\tRodolfo F\u00fccher, president of ABES, opened the webinar and welcomed the event and explained that the association represents around 2,000 companies, 77% of which are MSEs. He stressed that technology plays a super important role in the dissemination of knowledge and education. Angelica Mari, a journalist specializing in innovation and technology and a columnist for Forbes in Brazil, moderated the debate.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>humility to learn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tThe first speaker to speak was Val\u00e9ria Carinhato, partner and co-founder of Weplace, a consultancy that develops solutions for the topic of human capital. \u201cThis entire transformation is related to the implementation of technology in all business areas of an organization with the objective of making decision-making more efficient and agile. So, we also have to talk about changes in the way of leading, in organizational culture and in processes. People&#039;s creative and analytical skills will be more valued, as well as the humility to always learn and communication skills\u201d, he pointed out.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Business model transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tAna Hofmann, who leads the area of strategic partnerships for digital transformation at Microsoft Brazil and also a Member of the Knowledge Associates \u2013 Cambridge Institution, noted that the so-called digital transformation goes beyond technologies or automation. \u201cIt undergoes a change in organizational behavior, impacts on transformations in the business model, on discussions about the purpose, on building relationships based on trust and recognition of the learning journey\u201d, he highlighted.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Respect for differences<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tGlenda Moreira, Head of LATAM Diversity at Novartis, highlighted that trust is a fundamental point in the digital and cultural transformation of companies. \u201cWe are strongly discussing the need for people to be able to be who they really are within organizations, with the possibility of people being respected with all their characteristics, without having to pretend, respecting differences\u201d, he emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Review of strategies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tClaudia Elisa Soares, administrative advisor at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and Even, pondered the need to adapt the practices of large companies to the reality of MSEs, who need to review their recruitment, selection, training, remuneration strategies , incentive programs and performance appraisal systems. \u201cThe strategy needs to be very well communicated by the company as a whole. Innovation allows us to work more productively and has transformed HR management subsystems. Today, we are discussing the balance between the online and in-person worlds\u201d, he pondered.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>hyperconnected people<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tTo end the panel, Anderson Godz, founder of Gonew.Co, investor, board member and advisor for the new economy, assessed that the pandemic showed the importance of companies learning to work in a scenario of scarcity of resources, to bet on agility and in the exchange of experiences and collaboration in the communities, even to identify windows of opportunity. \u201cFor me, work is not remote.
