Seal Sistemas \u2013 a company that integrates and develops technologies to innovate and ensure better performance in the processes of companies throughout the supply chain \u2013 announces the launch of Sem Fila. A low-investment and easy-to-implement solution, dedicated to improving the management of the flow of people inside and outside these establishments through technological intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>\tAvailable throughout Brazil and a pioneer in this queue management model, the software involves the reading of QR Codes by the visitors&#039; cell phones, without the need to install any application.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe technology works on two fronts: in the <strong>input control<\/strong>, limiting the number of people inside the place; and in the <strong>virtual queue scheduling<\/strong>, giving the visitor the visibility of all the queues at the checkouts and in the desired sections.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe solution also allows extracting a series of reports and data, including the number of people in each of the queues, the estimated waiting time until service, peak service hours, visitor profiles and even the average ticket, in the case of supermarkets and points of sale.<\/p>\n<p>\tIn addition to avoiding queues and crowding in any type of establishment, Seal&#039;s No Queue helps protect the health and well-being of visitors and employees amid the current need for social distance. The solution also optimizes the organization of queues by priority, anticipating care for the elderly, pregnant women, the disabled and parents with infants. The goal is to provide a safer and more organized experience for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>\t\u201cThe lines have always been a challenge for the retailer, driving efforts to ensure the best possible experience for customers and generate more convenience. This becomes even more important at a time when it is necessary to avoid agglomerations\u201d, says Wagner Bernardes, CEO of Seal. &quot;Putting queue management software into practice in a simple way, which provides the customer with more comfort and security without forcing him to install an application on his cell phone, in addition to promoting a new way to make people no longer have to stand still in queues, is precisely the proposal of this new solution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>input control<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tInput control only depends on two tablets, a portable printer and wireless internet connection. By scanning the QR Code on access to the site and filling out a brief form with basic data, a printed ticket is generated and the visitor automatically enters a virtual queue if the establishment&#039;s authorized capacity has been exceeded.<\/p>\n<p>\tAfterwards, the visitor simply waits to receive an SMS or automatic notification on his cell phone so that he can show the code on a tablet at the entrance of the establishment and have access granted. Anyone who does not have a cell phone will be able to withdraw the printed ticket when interacting with the device.<\/p>\n<p>\tWhen the service is finished and the ticket printed at the cashier or to an employee is delivered, the visitor only needs to wait for the operator to quickly download the code and release the exit, making room for the next person waiting to enter the place.<\/p>\n<p>\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/anterior\/Imagens\/Seal%20-%20foto%201.png\" style=\"width: 380px; height: 321px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>virtual queues<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tSeal&#039;s No Queue also allows you to create any type of virtual queue within the establishment, such as the checkout, bakery and butcher&#039;s queue, among others. In the case of scheduling virtual queues, the customer is automatically placed in a queue right after scanning a QR Code displayed at any point within the store. The solution eliminates the need to wait for assistance close to other people, in addition to allowing the visitor to continue moving around the site in total comfort and convenience.<\/p>\n<p>\tIn supermarkets, retailers can place several QR Codes in each box or section. By scanning the code at the place where they seek service, the customer quickly marks their position in a virtual queue. If he wants, it is possible to visualize on a website, through his cell phone browser, what is his position in the queue.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe system automatically calls the next one in the virtual queue.
