It is for this purpose that Grupo Squadra announces the expansion of its team of specialists, with the opening of 32 vacancies for professionals from various fields of Information Technology and business analysis.<\/p>\n<p>\tOpportunities are for digital projects focused on units in An\u00e1polis (GO), Belo Horizonte (MG), Lavras (MG) and Cuiab\u00e1 (MT), in face-to-face positions and for complete or partial remote work. The positions are part of the Hiring Without Borders program, a project of the Squadra Group that was already applied even before the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, it is worth noting that the entire selection process is carried out online, including for professionals who will work directly in the organization&#039;s units.<\/p>\n<p>\t\u201cWe are a company whose premise is innovation. Thus, we are looking for professionals who are passionate about technology, who are proactive, dynamic and with ideas that have something to add to our mission of implementing integrated digital solutions and optimizing the customer experience, no matter where they are\u201d, says Andr\u00e9 Cioffi, CEO of the Squadra Group.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe executive highlights that, from the first contact, by telephone, to the employee&#039;s onboarding process, the entire process of selection, training and integration of new employees is done in a digital 100% way. \u201cWe want to bring together the best talent. We are looking for professionals who like to be protagonists and who are engaged with the results\u201d, adds Cioffi. \u201cOn the other hand, we offer a relaxed environment focused on continuous learning. Our Group is always looking for news, leading initiatives such as the development of Home Office programs, flexible hours, multidisciplinary training, advantage club and much more\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\tAmong the open opportunities, we highlight the positions of .Net Developer, Java, Front-End (React) and NodeJs Developer. The opportunities are for fixed contracts, under the CLT regime, which have benefits such as the right to online courses, food stamps, certification scholarship, flexible hours and medical assistance. \u201cWe offer a culture focused on participation and collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>\tCandidates interested in participating in the selection processes must have specific knowledge of their areas of expertise, in addition to skills in points such as communication and interpersonal relationships. Having experience in Singleton, Proxy and Repository design patterns are differentials. In all, there are ten vacancies available, three for An\u00e1polis, two for Belo Horizonte and five for Lavras (both with remote work option). At the Cuiab&amp;aac ute; unit, opportunities are for expert developers in Java development.
