Okta is a world leader in Identity & Access Management (IAM). This initiative marks the expansion of a global agreement already established in the United States and reinforces the distributor's strategy in the Brazilian market for digital security, cloud computing, and high-value services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recognized for its robust, scalable, and cloud-native platform, Okta acts as a central layer of identity governance, securely and efficiently connecting users, applications, and infrastructure. The technology also supports modern Zero Trust initiatives in a co-op environment.Active assets are becoming increasingly distributed and exposed to cyber risks.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Alexandre Nakano, Director of Security and Networking at Ingram Micro Brazil, Okta's arrival to the Ingram Micro ecosystem in the country strengthens the channel distribution model. \u201cThe expansion of the partnership to Brazil reflects the importance of our market, which already shows maturity in cloud adoption, accelerated digitization, and a consistent increase in demand for identity security. The goal is to support resellers and integrators in delivering more complete projects, combining identity, security, cloud, and digital transformation,\u201d he states.<\/span><\/p>\n

To support the adoption of the technology, Ingram Micro will act as an enabler of the Okta ecosystem, with a dedicated local structure, technical and commercial training programs, marketing support, demand generation, and financial tools to facilitate business growth within the channel.<\/p>\n

According to Luis A. Rico, Director of Regional Alliances for Okta in Latin America, the Brazilian market has factors that favor the expansion of digital identity projects, such as the growth of hybrid environments, regulatory pressures, the need for access protection, and a consolidated ecosystem of specialized partners. \u201cWith this partnership, Brazilian companies will have access to our complete portfolio of identity and access solutions, including the Okta and Auth0 platforms. Our flagship product for 2026 is the 'Identity Threat Protection with Okta AI' platform, which offers real-time session monitoring and automated response to protect the modern workforce,\u2018 he emphasizes.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the executive, the agreement with Ingram Micro Brazil will offer invoicing in reais, greater tax efficiency, and access to local infrastructure and credit lines. \u201cThis measure will allow even smaller partners to operate more competitively in large corporate projects.
