\tThe Informatics Law has undergone changes and brings a new model of incentives for information and communication technology (ICT) companies, replacing the tax exemptions condemned by the World Trade Organization (WTO). This legislation benefits manufacturers and developers of electronic components (chips, for example), equipment and machines (except audio and video), computer programs and specialized technical services, among other companies.<\/p>\n

\tThe New Informatics Law was regulated by Decree n\u00ba 10.356 \/ 2020 and brings changes in the formula for calculating incentives, conditions, the approval process for innovation proposals, presentation of reports, among other adjustments. This new reality will be discussed in this webinar promoted by ABES<\/a> in partnership with the consultancy ABGI Brasil, which brings together a team of specialists formed by:<\/p>\n
