With the use of AI, the company achieved significant results, such as an increase of 750% in the number of financial files processed per day, reconciliations performed ten times faster, and 97.6% of accuracy in financial data, a level far above what is traditionally observed in the market.<\/span><\/p>\n To support this new level of performance, IBM, in conjunction with CXP, designed a solution based on IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and the IBM Document Processing Engine (DPE), with AI technology, hosted on the IBM Cloud and integrated with an SQL Server database. This combination enables automatic data extraction, application of business rules for standardization and classification, real-time validation and centralized information storage, as well as the generation of analytical reports and dashboards that increase process visibility and accelerate decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n The developed architecture enables the intelligent extraction of data from statements issued by multiple insurance companies, significantly accelerating the process and drastically reducing execution time.
