O DNS (Domain Name System)<\/strong> \u00e9 como a “agenda de contatos” da internet: ele traduz nomes de sites (como www.exemplo.com<\/a>) para os endere\u00e7os IP usados pelas m\u00e1quinas para se conectar. Quando criminosos exploram esse sistema para hospedar sites fraudulentos, phishing, redirecionamentos enganosos ou malware<\/strong>, isso configura um abuso de DNS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Esses abusos s\u00e3o frequentemente usados para aplicar golpes, roubar dados sens\u00edveis, disseminar v\u00edrus ou fraudar consumidores e empresas.<\/p>\n

A campanha tem como prop\u00f3sito apoiar projetos de inclus\u00e3o social que promovam a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea digital por meio dos recursos obtidos pela reciclagem de equipamentos de TI (notebooks, PCs, racks etc.) descartados pelas empresas que aderem \u00e0 iniciativa. As empresas participantes da mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, que podem ser associadas ou n\u00e3o \u00e0 ABES, t\u00eam como benef\u00edcio a isen\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos de log\u00edstica, recebem a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o legal dos descartes e um Relat\u00f3rio de Impacto Socioambiental (RIA) com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es de impacto ambiental, econ\u00f4mico e social para acompanhamento e uso em seus relat\u00f3rios de sustentabilidade e de responsabilidade social. A iniciativa j\u00e1 arrecadou mais de 305 toneladas e impacta mais de 8 mil pessoas ao ano por meio de projetos de inclus\u00e3o e letramento digital. Foram cedidos 714 equipamentos a 25 projetos sociais, sendo 6 na Amaz\u00f4nia.<\/p>\n
