Datatech shows in a playful and relaxed way the scope of its portfolio, capable of transforming the uncertainty of risk into the best decision in different business fronts
Would you trade your company's profits for a pineapple? Serasa Experian, the first and largest datatech in the country, invites actor and comedian Gabriel Louchard to help answer this question. In an unprecedented campaign that will recreate the “yes or no booth”, an iconic segment on the Sílvio Santos program in which participants answered questions without knowing exactly what they were deciding, the idea is to reinforce, in a playful and fun way, how the company's portfolio keeps its customers “out of that booth”. After all, with analytical intelligence and cutting-edge technology, it is possible to access, in a single place, accurate information and the best recommendations so that companies of all segments and sizes can make the best decisions throughout their business journey, which helps to avoid everyday pineapples, that is, those problems that end up arising when we make decisions without having a vision of the whole or a reliable basis.

According to Serasa Experian’s CMO, Giovana Giroto, “we want to show, in a light and uncomplicated way, how having quality information is super valuable when it comes to making the right choices and achieving great results. So, when an entrepreneur in an SME or an executive in a multinational needs to make a business decision, they will think that Serasa Experian has the best solutions and the perfect analytical intelligence to guide the best path to follow on several fronts: from finding new customers or managing current ones more efficiently, through granting credit or selling on credit safely, compliance with ESG standards, to customer authentication and fraud prevention.”
The campaign, which will start on November 4th and will run until March 2025, has as its central concept the slogan “Swap Será for Serasa Experian!” and will consist of several activations, forming a 360º media mix that ranges from traditional on and offline media channels – with TV, radio and digital – to innovative and unconventional media, such as FOOH (Fake Out of Home), in addition to taking the yes or no booth to live activations with the public in high-traffic locations in the city of São Paulo, generating greater engagement and proximity to the brand.
“In this campaign, we will maintain a single creative thread to talk about the different fronts of our business and we chose to bring activations that go beyond the obvious, reinforcing in a relaxed way that people can count on the first and largest Datatech in the country in their daily lives”, adds Giovana Giroto.
