When registering to receive the Newsletter – ABES Informa, you consent and agree that ABES collects the following personal data: name, surname and email, and that it will use personal data for the following purposes: (i) sending from the Newsletter to you; (ii) enable ABES to identify and contact you for relationship purposes; (iii) enable ABES to send or provide you with information about its services, courses and events, whether paid or free of charge.

ABES is authorized to share your personal data with other data processing agents, if necessary for the purposes listed above, observing the principles and guarantees established by Law No. 13,709/18.

ABES may maintain and process your personal data for as long as it is relevant to achieving the purposes listed above. Anonymized personal data, without the possibility of association with the individual, may be kept for an indefinite period.

You have the right to obtain from ABES, in relation to the data processed by it, at any time and upon request: I – confirmation of the existence of processing; II – access to data; III – correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; IV – anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive or processed data that does not comply with the provisions of Law No. 13,709/18; V – data portability to another service or product provider, upon express request and in compliance with commercial and industrial secrets, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority; V – data portability to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, observing commercial and industrial secrets; VI – deletion of personal data processed with the holder’s consent, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of Law No. 13,709/18; VII – information from public and private entities with which ABES shared data use; VIII – information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal; IX – revocation of consent, pursuant to § 5 of art. 8th of Law No. 13,709/18.

You may request ABES via email, at any time, for non-anonymized personal data to be deleted. You are aware that it may be impossible for ABES to continue providing the Newsletter after the deletion of personal data.
