Adoption of the Minha Gestão de Lojas app brought significant gains in productivity, operational efficiency and greater assertiveness in inventory and pricing management
Supermercado Carone, a Espírito Santo chain with around 20 stores, transformed its operations by adopting the app My Store Management, a TOTVS solution developed to improve supermarket retail management. With its implementation, the chain drastically reduced stockouts and expiration dates, optimized price audits, and achieved significant productivity gains, increasing sales and strengthening its competitiveness in the market.
Carone faced significant challenges, such as low productivity on the store floor, frequent product out-of-stocks on shelves, expiration dates, and difficulties in auditing price tags. These failures impacted not only operations but also generated significant financial losses due to discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
Among the main operational benefits of adopting the TOTVS solution is the optimization and increased efficiency of the price audit process: previously, four employees were required for price analysis and changes; today, only one professional completes the entire process at the same time. In addition to providing greater mobility for in-store teams, the app's automatic email alerts allow responsible departments to start their day already addressing critical inventory and pricing points.
Between March 2024 and March 2025, the results of adopting Minha Gestão de Lojas were impressive: Of the checks conducted, more than 81% resulted in replenishment and sales; a 78% reduction in in-store expiration losses; a 78% reduction in product stockouts directly from the supplier; and an 81% reduction in stockouts from the distribution center. Furthermore, there was a significant increase in the productivity of managers and supervisors, who now have more assertive product targeting.

The tool also drove indicator adjustments in the ERP TOTVS Retail Supermarkets – Consinco Line, reducing e-commerce order separation costs by 40% and resulting in a 21% increase in sales. Store managers began using the system to support decision-making and direct actions of the sales, pricing, and category management teams, including by sending photos, enabling quick decisions directly from headquarters.
