Kodak Alaris, a leading provider of solutions business document capture and intelligent document processing (IDP), announced a strategic partnership with the technology solutions integrator PROBE. Under the terms of the agreement, SONDA will expand its offering of solutions and services to include award-winning document scanners and IDP software from Kodak Alaris.

The alliance, which will generate more than US$ 1.3 million in revenue, will enable digitalization and transformation processes for customers in North and South America. SONDA will leverage Kodak Alaris document scanners and intelligent automation software that complement and enhance your existing managed print services (MPS) and document services.

Juan Carlos Cartes, Corporate Director of Device Managed Services at SONDA, explains that this alliance “allows us to expand the services portfolio to align with our customers' digital transformation objectives. These new tools allow us to implement customized solutions for optimizing workflows through intelligent automation of document processes.”

SONDA is already taking advantage of this partnership; is based on a ten-year alliance as an MPS provider for Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF), the second largest public bank in Brazil. For the first time, the bank is bidding on a single supplier of document printers and scanners.

Additionally, Kodak Alaris supported SONDA in a bidding process with the National Telecommunications Agency (ANTT) in Brazil, where the jointly created bid resulted in SONDA winning the outsourcing contract to digitize a large daily volume of back office.

Vanilda Brambila, Director of Global Business Development at Kodak Alaris, said: “We are excited to embark on this new partnership to support our customers' digital transformation strategies and solve customer challenges around simplifying business processes, automating workflows and ensuring information security”.
