Initiative aims to promote the development of solutions and services for its current and future customers, also reinforcing the company's position as a leader in digital transformation
The multinational SONDA informed the Financial Market Commission, through an official statement, that it is evaluating alternatives to improve the operation and development of its Colocation. For these reasons, a possible strategic association, joint management or joint venture is contemplated for its Facilities business – Buildings and Support Infrastructures – of Data Center.
“This decision aims to accelerate growth in a sustainable manner in the region, in line with what is defined in our Strategic Plan 2022-2024. We seek to go further for our current and potential customers, expanding the geographic coverage of the colocation offer and leveraging the services that accompany their digital transformation in an integral, agile and efficient way”, says José Orlandini, CEO of SONDA.
SONDA will have the financial advice of Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, which will allow it to evaluate alternatives for the development of the Collation.
The Official Communiqué considers the possibility of a partial, direct or indirect sale of infrastructure assets in Chile, Brazil and Colombia to strengthen the strategy and positioning of its clients and SONDA as a leader in digital transformation
