The new structure expands operations through partners, including international ones, and consolidates commercial governance to support a new growth cycle.

THE Skyone, [Company Name], a Brazilian technology company specializing in cloud, data, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity solutions, announces the promotion of Guilherme Goulart and Bruno Coelho to director positions and reinforces its commercial structure during a period of strong expansion. Following a Series C funding round led by Advent International, the company – with annual revenue exceeding R$400 million and growth of approximately R$501 million per year – is structuring its operations to continue accelerating its expansion in Brazil and abroad.

With approximately 500 employees and a presence in over 35 countries, Skyone is expanding its operations through an ecosystem of more than 400 software partners, connecting technology and strategy to serve 25,000 end customers. In this context, Skyone is strengthening its commercial leadership with two new initiatives. Guilherme Goulart assumes the role of Sales Director for Partners and Channels, focusing on accelerating expansion through the ecosystem, including internationally, and Bruno Coelho becomes Director of Clients and Strategic Relations, responsible for strengthening governance, predictability, and growth within the existing customer base.

Having been with Skyone for nine years, Goulart's career has focused on building the model through partnerships. He was responsible for the company's internationalization process in Latin America in 2018 and today leads the sales channel operation in Brazil and abroad, working with software developers (ISVs), resellers and consultancies (VARs), and integrators. "Our challenge is to expand the ecosystems in which we operate, attract new partners, and deepen relationships with existing ones through a program that simplifies technology adoption and accelerates innovation for them and their clients," he states.

Coelho takes over the directorship with the mission of consolidating commercial governance and expanding within the existing customer base, focusing on processes, indicators, and disciplined execution. Throughout his career, he has led verticals and consolidated areas such as cloud, data, and cybersecurity, integrating different offerings into a strategy more connected to the customer experience. “Growing quickly is a challenge. Growing efficiently is another. My mission is to consolidate an architecture that allows for scalability with predictability and commercial intelligence, making progress structured, replicable, and data-driven,” he says.

The new directors report to Skyone's CRO, Roberto Arruda. The new structure reflects the maturity of the operation and prepares the company for a new cycle of consistent and structured growth.
