Executive with 15 years of IT experience takes over area focused on operational efficiency and improving customer experience.

THE Skyone, Skyone, a Brazilian technology company specializing in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence solutions, announces Deyvid Lopes as its new Director of Operations, responsible for customer service. With 15 years of experience in IT, the executive has a background focused on ERP systems and the SAP ecosystem. He has been with Skyone for six and a half years: he joined as a specialist and progressed through different leadership levels to reach the director position, accumulating a broad vision of operations and the business.
In his new role, his mission is to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, with an agenda focused on simplifying technical support and using artificial intelligence to reduce bureaucracy and anticipate solutions. "What motivates me most is transforming support into an agile and streamlined unit, raising the standard of experience we deliver to our customers," says Lopes, who will continue to report directly to Skyone's COO, Ricardo Fernandes.
Among the main challenges of his career, the executive highlights the transition from technical work to strategic leadership and the international expansion of the technical team. "Ensuring that our culture of excellence remained consistent across different countries and time zones was a fundamental learning experience," he adds. The appointment is part of Skyone's growth and strengthening cycle in 2026, reinforcing its operational leadership at a time of strong expansion of its customer base and operations in Brazil and abroad.
