Following a Series C funding round led by Advent, the company, which reports annual revenue of approximately R$400 million and grows 501³ per year, is strengthening its team to accelerate expansion in Brazil and abroad.

THE Skyone, [Company Name], a Brazilian technology company specializing in cloud, data, and Artificial Intelligence, announces the opening of more than 50 job positions, the launch of an internship program, and a plan to grow its team by 251% throughout 2026. This initiative is part of the company's expansion cycle, which generates approximately R$400 million in revenue annually, following a Series C funding round led by Advent International.

Today, with approximately 500 employees, Skyone maintains annual growth of 50% and has multiplied its revenue tenfold since 2018. With a presence in more than 35 countries, Skyone scales its operations through a robust ecosystem with over 400 software partners, connecting technology and strategy to empower 25,000 end customers, including Cobasi, Mambo, Malwee, and Fortbras Autopeças.

“Our 2026 hiring plan aligns with our focus on scaling consistently: strengthening a more consultative and predictable sales approach, supported by operations and customer service. For us, growth isn't just about increasing headcount; it's about gaining efficiency and accelerating productivity, reducing onboarding time, and investing in internal development,” says Deborah Lia Oliveira Araujo, CHRO of Skyone.

The open positions include technical roles (in cloud, support, and security) and sales roles, as well as opportunities in operations and marketing. The company also maintains talent pools for Developers, Cloud Infrastructure, Networks (Fortinet/Fortigate), and People with Disabilities (PWD).

Hired professionals will have access to a benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, flexible meal vouchers, childcare assistance, language assistance, TotalPass (a public transportation pass), and a day off on their birthday, among others. Interns receive a stipend and the same benefits offered to permanent employees.

In its recruitment processes, the company seeks to increase the participation of women and Black people and monitors demographic indicators quarterly, in addition to supporting internal initiatives such as Elas em Tech, a program that discusses and promotes the professional development of women in the technology field. Skyone also maintains a focus on internal development: 23% of the open positions in the last year were filled through internal transfers, as part of its strategy for retention and leadership development.

To support this expansion, the company maintains Dream Leaders, an internal program focused on developing managers, with an emphasis on leadership and organizational skills. In parallel, the internship program serves as an entry point for training new professionals and strengthening the talent pipeline throughout the year.
