Partnership with Amazon to expand applications

Siemens and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are strengthening their partnership, helping companies of all sizes and industries build and scale generative artificial intelligence (AI) applications. Siemens is integrating Amazon Bedrock – a service that offers a choice of high-performance foundation models from leading AI companies through a single API, along with security, privacy and responsible AI features – with Mendix, the leading low-code platform that is part of the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio.

With a keynote speech and its presence at the event, Siemens highlights how its customers are using the Siemens Xcelerator open business platform to transform the way we live, work, act and make things happen.

  • We live – Siemens is showcasing its smart home energy management portfolio – Inhab™ – at CES. The Intelligent Habitat suite of solutions allows users to have complete transparency and control over which sources are providing energy at any given time and how that energy is being distributed throughout the home. Features like real-time alerts, 24/7 monitoring, and energy target settings give residents the transparency they need to make informed decisions. As more home appliances go electric and we introduce electric vehicle charging and solar panels into homes, highly accurate monitoring and management solutions will help reduce energy consumption and utility bills while increasing security and capacity.
  • We work – Siemens presents its partnership with Sony to deliver the next generation of the industrial metaverse, combining immersive engineering software innovations on the Siemens Xcelerator open business platform with Sony's innovative mixed reality hardware. In collaboration with Red Bull Racing, Siemens demonstrates how this new solution empowers engineers, freeing them from traditional constraints, to bring together the virtual and physical worlds, immersing them in the industrial metaverse.
  • We act – Siemens' Experience at CES highlights how innovators are using Siemens Xcelerator platform to transform the way the world works. Unlimited Tomorrow is doing a transformative work by designing affordable, customizable and scalable prosthetics, working collaboratively with customers to help develop cleaner, safer environments for everyone, everywhere.
  • We make it happen – THE Blendhub is using Siemens technology to combat food insecurity and transform food production. By deploying and connecting a multi-location network of personalized food and nutrition factories, placing them closer to ingredient supply points and end consumers, Blendhub is enabling a technology-driven approach to creating shared value in the global food system. foods.
