The novelty of the program is that the trainee has a programmed evolution of his career during the internship and, in case of being hired, in his initial steps. There are two tracks: in the first one, an internship and with an initial remuneration of R$ 1,500, reaching R$ 2,600 within 24 months. If the person is hired, he starts a new track within the program, that of an analyst, in which the remuneration can reach R$ 6,500 within 24 months, after the hirement.

Students of any age who are attending higher education (Bachelor, Licentiate and Technologist) can enroll at any university in the country, with completion expected between December 2022 and June 2023. At the present time, contractors will start their activities in remote work , but when the face-to-face activities are resumed, they must be available to work in the location of the vacancies in the offices of São Paulo, São Carlos (interior of São Paulo) and Blumenau (SC).
“We want these professionals to continue to follow their professional history with us, since they will be prepared, fully immersed in an agile culture and accustomed to faster and more challenging performance cycles”, reinforces Balestrin.
In addition to the aid grant in the continuous progression format, depending on performance evaluations, Serasa Experian also offers benefits, such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers and medical and dental assistance. The company will also provide new hires, in the case of remote work during the pandemic and official restraint measures, with all the necessary equipment to carry out the activities, such as notebook and ergonomic kit.
The workload is preferably 30 hours a week and the hired people will start their activities in June or September this year, according to the area of operation and location. The first month will be dedicated to the integration process with the company, going through technical and soft skills training. As of the 2nd month, the trajectory of integration into the selected area begins so that in the 4th month everyone is already working in their functions.
