In this new edition, in the state of São Paulo alone, 90 free scholarships will be available, 60 in the city of São Carlos and 30 in the capital city of São Paulo, for young residents of communities in the South Zone.Registration is open until April 15th and must be done through the website..

Young people aged 18 to 24 who are currently enrolled in or have completed high school and are available to attend in-person classes are eligible to apply. In total, this edition will offer 1,000 free technology scholarships to young people from low-income communities in São Paulo, Recife (PE), and the Federal District, representing an investment of over R$4 million.

Classes will begin in May 2026 and will be held in person at Senac units, the educational partner of the initiative. The training track includes 280 hours of instruction, covering the following topics: Basic Computing, Programming Logic, Front-End Development, and Financial Education. At the end of the course, students have the possibility of receiving certification from Senac. In addition to the training, the program offers mentoring with volunteer professionals from Serasa Experian, and social support provided by Gerando Falcões.

“Transform Yourself is the result of a desire to transform lives through a career in technology. We connect our DNA, our people, and our efforts to the purpose of expanding opportunities and generating real social impact in the communities where we operate,” says Paulo Gustavo Gomes, head of sustainability at Serasa Experian.

The program, which has been training people since 2021, has already found that 84% of its former students are employed, have experienced an increase in income, or have moved into positions in the technology field within a year of completing the course.

Francisco Rabelo, a former student of the Transforme-se program and current Young Apprentice at Serasa Experian, reports that, “the project was the boost I needed to understand what I really wanted. I learned programming, but I also developed a professional attitude, financial literacy, and a broader view of the job market. Today my ambitions are more concrete: I want to become a developer and grow in my career, as well as help other people find themselves professionally, just as happened to me.”.

From training to the job market: an ecosystem of continuous support.

More than just offering scholarships, Transforme-se, created by the datatech company, acts as an ecosystem for training and employability. Participants become part of a community of current and former students with access to supplementary content and career opportunities, as well as a talent pool hosted on the 99jobs platform, which connects recent graduates to the job market.

In addition to helping students, interested companies can access this specific page on the internet (https://transforme-se.99jobs.com/ ) and search for qualified talent through the various filters available. In addition, the selection process on the 99jobs platform will be completely free for employers and young people, since Serasa Experian is also responsible for the operational costs of this stage.

“Our commitment goes beyond the classroom. We want to accompany these young people on their journey to entering and remaining in the job market, expanding their possibilities for professional growth and long-term income,” concludes Paulo Gustavo Gomes, head of sustainability at the datatech company.
