Companies report significant gains in productivity, efficiency and growth after adopting Senior solutions
THE Senior Systems, one of Brazil's largest business management software companies, is launching the "My Successful Move" campaign with Senior, led by ambassador Guga Kuerten. "Our story with Senior is very similar. It begins with dedication, overcoming challenges, teamwork, and the creation of new strategies. From there, achievements come, sparking an even greater desire to continue growing, perfecting details, and constantly innovating in pursuit of our main objective: developing solutions for any challenge that arises," says Kuerten. Launched in March with the former tennis player as the protagonist, the campaign now focuses on customers, sharing stories of transformation driven by the company's solutions.
The creative concept connects the world of tennis to the corporate environment: each strategic play on the court symbolizes technology-driven decisions that result in concrete gains. The testimonials were recorded on a clay court, with clients wearing uniforms inspired by Guga's iconic Roland Garros jersey. The racket, a symbol of the court, represents the technology that underpins each play.
The campaign reinforces Senior's commitment to helping companies thrive, focusing on the segments in which the company has the greatest presence and consistent results. "Our goal is to highlight real stories of entrepreneurship and growth, demonstrating that behind every number are people, achievements, and transformations that inspire us to continue evolving alongside our clients. They have always been at the heart of our work. We are proud to help thousands of companies in Brazil and Latin America grow, become more competitive, and generate wealth. Therefore, we are giving a voice to those who best embody Senior's impact: our clients. It is a tribute to the day-to-day lives of these incredible journeys, of which we are proud to be a part," says José Krasucki, Head of Marketing at Senior Sistemas.
The first four companies confirmed in the campaign are market leaders BBM Logística, Lowell Professional, WTorre SA, and Futfanatics. Hundreds of other success stories will begin to be revealed in the coming months.
"These are inspiring stories that demonstrate that, with determination and the right tools, it's possible to overcome challenges, achieve scale, and thrive. In the campaign, we emphasize that, just like in tennis, in the business world, every move requires strategy, and every decision our clients made was crucial to achieving victories—in all of them, Senior was present as a partner," concludes Krasucki.
Production growth and efficient logistics
With 35 years of experience, Lowell Professional is a leading provider of professional hair care cosmetics, with an international presence and a production facility in Itapira, São Paulo, serving over 12,000 hairdressers. Prior to partnering with Senior, the company faced operational bottlenecks caused by manual bonus checks, low storage capacity, and a lack of automated billing, which overburdened the team and limited growth.
The adoption of Senior WMS transformed this scenario by tripling storage capacity from 10,000 to 30,000 SKUs, automating invoicing, eliminating manual checks, and reducing accounting closing from 30 days to just 2. The result was increased productivity and operational agility. "We promoted full system integration and managed to triple production without losing efficiency," says Divaldo Andrade, head of IT at Lowell. "Today, we have greater control, increased productivity, and a solid foundation for continued growth in Brazil and abroad."
BBM Logística, with 61 units and over 4,300 employees, began extracting real-time indicators with precision and speed for strategic decisions. After acquiring Translovato, it adopted Senior TMS to integrate operations and digitize onboard data collection from drivers, achieving a 20% increase in operational productivity, 30% in load separation, and 150% in cubic meter value. "Part of our decisions are based on data provided by Senior. This has brought agility and confidence to the operation," explains Francieli Tartari Pietsch, BBM's Director of Technology and Innovation. She adds: "Senior today represents the simplification of processes for BBM. It's a challenge to understand our needs, adapt solutions, and deliver results. They are a qualified partner to work with us and support our growth. Without these solutions, we would no longer be able to operate."
Excellence in service and efficiency in large projects
In sports e-commerce, Futfanatics grew, on average, between 35% and 40% per year with Senior's support, reaching a cumulative growth of 700% after implementing Senior ERP, Senior WMS, Senior TMS, and Senior HCM. System integration brought greater inventory control, logistical efficiency, and faster decision-making.
"Senior's biggest differentiator is the level of service. Without this partnership, we wouldn't be able to raise our standards and, consequently, increase sales," emphasizes Futfanatics' Director of Operations, Marcelo Almeida Alencar. He adds that "Senior has become a strategic solution for professionalizing the company and establishing operational rules and processes, essential to the success of e-commerce. Standardized and reliable information allows us to plan daily operations with precision, ensuring speed and quality in every delivery."
With a strong presence in the construction and entertainment sectors, WTorre is a national leader and has delivered nearly 10 million square meters in projects such as Allianz Parque in São Paulo. The company faced challenges with management systems that failed to keep up with the complexity of its business operations and the demands of tax legislation, compromising project efficiency and visibility.
Adopting Senior ERP reduced operating costs by 50%, increased project management efficiency, and brought more predictability to deliveries. "Senior was the partner that understood the specifics of our business and adapted the solution to meet our needs, generating efficiency in project management and business decisions," says Vinicius Collato Campanella, Head of Technology at WTorre.
The campaign is expected to be broadcast across the country's main media outlets, including TV, radio, and DOOH, as well as several regional activations covering the entire country.
