Senior Sistemas is the first company in Brazil to develop, at scale, intelligent virtual assistants for business management platforms. The solution is already operational in areas such as ERP, HCM, and Finance, in addition to serving sectors such as Industry, Logistics, Agriculture, and Construction.

By 2025, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has gone from being a future promise to consolidating itself as a strategic business ally. Increasingly present in the corporate environment, AI agents are transforming the way companies operate, make decisions, and gain efficiency. These autonomous systems were developed to solve real challenges faced by managers, such as excessive data, limited time for in-depth analysis, and dependence on technical teams to access information.

Capable of understanding natural language, these agents act as specialized virtual assistants: they access data, answer questions, generate analyses, and execute actions automatically. They are already present in areas such as Human Resources, Finance, and Tax, with applications ranging from generating performance evaluations based on real data to intelligent cost projections and guidance on the impacts of Tax Reform. By automating operational tasks, they reduce the time spent on repetitive processes, increase productivity, and deliver strategic information in seconds. Whether through a logistics router that reconfigures routes in real time or a sales agent who identifies the ideal moment for conversion, these systems simplify management and make decision-making more agile, efficient, and intelligent.

Aware of corporate transformations and committed to innovation, technology giant Senior Sistemas announces the creation of a kind of AI agent "factory." Developed with a clear purpose—to simplify organizations' daily operations—these agents help overcome common management obstacles, such as excessive data, limited time for strategic analysis, and reliance on technical teams to access information. The technology is already being applied in areas such as ERP, HCM, Finance, Industry, Logistics, Agriculture, and Construction.

That data office — a strategic area focused on governance, quality, and intelligent use of data at Senior — is exclusively dedicated to creating autonomous assistants that process data, interpret information, and support business decision-making through conversational systems. The area also has a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring the quality, governance, and unification of up-to-date, reliable, and contextualized data.

This year alone, the multinational company has made more than 50 AI agents available for business management. In addition to answering questions, these assistants can generate analyses and execute actions automatically, eliminating bottlenecks in decision-making and boosting productivity across various areas.

“Created in Senior’s agent factory, AI agents support various business areas by combining LLMs with RAG techniques and semantic indexing via LlamaIndex. This architecture enables fast, contextualized natural language queries on organizational data. Each agent is modular and offers analysis, recommendations, and automated actions. The robust framework ensures security, scalability, and control over tenant, in compliance with the LGPD and the company's AI Manifesto,” explains Carlos Valle, Executive Director of Research and Development at Senior.

Customer empowerment: artificial intelligence at the service of business

One of the innovations of Senior's intelligent agents is the ability to put the power of AI in the hands of the customer. After structured phases of internal development and validation with real users, the project projects its most transformative aspect: customer empowerment. The idea is to enable each company to train its own agents based on its own data, rules, and specific needs—without relying on technical departments or developers.

This autonomy will represent a paradigm shift in the way organizations interact with technology: the customer ceases to be merely a user and becomes a co-creator of customized solutions—with security, scalability, control, and without the need for programming knowledge. “We created a data repository—also known as date lake — Users will be able to determine the agents' parameters, such as a solution that includes cash flow and resource allocation. From there, the agent will be developed based on this data repository. This is a hyper-customized configuration that will continually evolve. The factory will empower customers to create their own agents without third-party intermediation," explains Carlos Valle.

Proven results: time savings and increased efficiency

AI agents have demonstrated significant results in managers' daily routines. In a survey of 38 users, 95% reported real productivity gains, with a focus on time savings—more than 90% reported saving between 30 minutes and 2 hours per week, depending on the application. Tasks like providing feedback, which were previously time-consuming, have been reduced from 40 minutes to just 10, with no loss in quality.

In addition to agility, leaders highlighted the increased autonomy in people management, particularly the ease with which they could generate IDPs, review formal communications, and access relevant information about their teams. The agent was recognized as a valuable support in decision-making, fostering more efficient, strategic, and human development-focused leadership.

Rohden, a traditional door and glass manufacturer, is one of the companies using Senior's solution. "Rohden has experienced significant growth in recent years, notably a significant increase in the number of employees. The impact of lA Business Partner from Senior was extremely positive: it improved communication, allowing leaders to offer feedbacks "This allowed managers to be more assertive and identify new opportunities for improvement within their teams. Furthermore, the agility provided made managers' daily lives much more productive. Participating in the pilot project was an enriching experience, and we are grateful for this unique opportunity," says Ana Paula Luchtenberg, HR supervisor at Grupo Rohden.

Practical examples of Senior's AI agents

A pioneer in the application of AI in management software, Senior launched HR Assist, the first generative AI agent focused on supporting managers in critical HR tasks. The solution automates activities such as succession planning and turnover analysis, reducing the time required for performance evaluations and report preparation by up to 99%. feedbacks.

Another example is the financial agent, which supports accounts payable and receivable routines, forecasts cash flow, simulates investments, and helps with adaptation to tax reform. With this solution, clients reduced operational effort by 50% and achieved significant financial improvements, such as an 80% drop in margins impacted by taxation and the renegotiation of more than 30% of price lists.

These agents continuously learn and make decisions autonomously, freeing employees for strategic activities while technology takes over operational routines. With multiple functions, they can interpret different types of information, choosing the best path to execute previously defined tasks efficiently and accurately.
