Senior Sistemas, one of the largest management software companies in Latin America, held the first edition of Senior Experience on October 7th at the Transamerica Expo Center (SP)—a national meeting that brought together more than 2,000 business leaders from Latin America and China interested in accelerating digital transformation and adopting high-performance management models. The event featured more than 70 speakers and 40 hours of exclusive content, focusing on "Transform your management. Revolutionize your business." The event was institutionally supported by ABES.

Among the program's highlights, Guga Kuerten, the greatest Brazilian tennis player in history and Senior ambassador, shared lessons on career advancement, overcoming challenges, and leadership in competitive environments. Journalist and presenter Ana Paula Padrão reflected on female leadership and the challenges she faced in her career. Marcos Piangers, author of the bestselling book "O Papai é Pop," addressed the balance between empathy and technology in the future of work.

The stage also welcomed names such as Gil Giardelli, innovation specialist and co-founder of 5ERA; Flavio Pereira, from the SBF/Centauro Group, who presented cases of growth in retail; Pedro Nascimento, from WEG, with experience in automation; Luis Lobão, from the Dom Cabral Foundation, who discussed strategy and organizational behavior; Gilsinei Hansen, from Zenvia, who shared experiences in large technology companies; and Pablo Toledo, Director of Communications and Branding, from BYD, who reflected on the revolution in the Brazilian automotive sector.

In the tax area, partners Daniel Loria and Matheus Rocca analyzed the impacts of the ongoing reform. Other highlights included Marina Quaglio of DTFlex, who discussed talent development, and Grazielle Viana of M2 Cloud & Security, who provided insights on simplifying IT structures. Senior Sistemas CEO Carlênio Castelo Branco presented his perspective on the role of technology in managing Latin American companies.

More than an event: five sectoral tracks and strategic plenaries on AI, leadership and innovation

The Senior Experience was structured into five thematic tracks focused on strategic segments—Agribusiness, Construction, Logistics, Industry, and Technology—in addition to cross-cutting plenary sessions focusing on artificial intelligence, people management, innovation, and high-impact leadership.

For Jean Paul Vieira, Executive Director of Marketing and Product at Senior Sistemas, the meeting exceeded expectations: "We envisioned Senior Experience as a platform for leaders seeking sustainable growth. The results exceeded expectations: we connected executives and experts in an immersive environment, with high-value content and immediate business applicability."

The executive also highlighted the event's uniqueness compared to the market: "While we see a saturation of superficial content, we opted for strategic curation, with relevant and practical topics that truly help decision-makers face current challenges."

With nearly four decades of experience in dozens of events throughout Brazil, Senior reinforces its position as one of the main references in management technology in Latin America.
