Executed by ASID Brasil, the initiative will select institutions from São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Rio Grande do Sul for a free development program focused on leadership, management, and social innovation.

Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) that work exclusively on issues related to people with disabilities in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Rio Grande do Sul can now register on the platform. Impact Journey 2026, a leadership development program promoted by SAP, a world leader in solutions for software For businesses, and run by ASID Brasil, a platform of solutions for the socioeconomic inclusion of people with disabilities. The initiative will offer 10 places for a free training and mentoring program that will take place between April and September.
The program aims to strengthen the management and sustainability of social organizations through the transfer of technical and management knowledge from SAP volunteers. “In previous editions of the project, we experienced very rich moments of exchange between company professionals and leaders of organizations working with people with disabilities. The combination of technical knowledge, professional experience, and the social perspective of the organizations creates a very powerful learning environment for everyone involved. More than content or tools, what most impresses us in these projects is the genuine exchange between people. Seeing these connections happening and following the development of the organizations throughout the process is something that inspires us greatly at ASID,” comments Amanda Gogola, Project Supervisor at ASID Brazil.
Over the course of six months, the selected organizations will participate in two main stages. The first is the Solidarity Month, This program comprises 20 hours of online workshops focused on leadership development. Strategic topics for strengthening organizations will be covered, such as people management, leadership, financial management, communication and social media, sales and marketing, digital tools, investor relations, strategic planning, management tools, and crisis management.
The second stage consists of Design Thinking Journey, This is a social hackathon that connects organizations with volunteer mentors from SAP to build practical solutions for real challenges faced by institutions. From there, SAP volunteers work on developing potential solutions, which are presented at the end of the program in an online closing meeting.
“"THE Impact Journey "It's important because it connects the knowledge of SAP people with social organizations that truly need this support. Through volunteering, our employees help these institutions to better structure themselves, solve challenges, and gain strength to continue impacting lives. The partnership with ASID Brasil makes all this happen with method, care, and experience, ensuring that each action generates real results that are proven through the number of people impacted by this project. Supporting projects of this type is important because CSOs have a strategic role in delivering social services and solutions, contributing directly to the development of the communities in which the companies are located," adds Isadora Colling, CSR Pillar Leader for Accelerate Social Business at SAP.
