Initiative offers practical and intensive training to stimulate entrepreneurial leadership among young people aged between 21 and 35
Santander has opened registrations for the Innovation & AI Experience, an intensive, two-week in-person program in Madrid, held at IE University, a European benchmark in innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership. The initiative provides a practical and experiential learning journey that fosters participants' entrepreneurial and innovative mindsets in a multicultural environment. Travel, accommodation, and cultural activities will be covered by the Bank. The program will run in July 2026, with activities conducted in English and Spanish. Applications are open to young people aged 21 to 35 residing in Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, the United States, Mexico, Peru, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, or Uruguay. Applications must be submitted through the Santander Open Academy platform.
