The company offers positions in various areas, focusing on increasing diversity, and values familiarity with artificial intelligence tools.
Global biopharmaceutical company Sanofi announces the opening of the Sanofi 2026 Internship Program, focused on attracting and developing talent who want to build a career in an environment that combines science, innovation, and real impact on patients' lives. With a culture driven by inclusion and belonging, the company achieved over 501 Black and mixed-race interns last year and seeks to intentionally continue to bring in more diverse individuals. For the 2026 selection process, priority will be given to people with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+ individuals, and Black people.
The program also reinforces the company's ambition to accelerate the development of young talent on a journey connected to the transformations that are already redefining healthcare. Among the prerequisites is knowledge of artificial intelligence, since the company has its own generative AI tool, used to simplify daily tasks, such as consulting internal information databases, navigating between tools, automating activities, and guiding employees throughout the day with greater ease and agility.
Desired profile and prerequisites
The Internship Program is aimed at undergraduate and technologist students, expected to graduate from December 2027 onwards (availability to intern for at least one and a half years) and with a hybrid work schedule in São Paulo (SP). Among the valued skills are proficiency in Microsoft Office and an intermediate level of English or higher.
More than just familiarity with technology, Sanofi seeks university students with a strong capacity for growth and the ability to strategically apply artificial intelligence, including the capacity to create and execute prompts efficiently. The program also prioritizes skills such as learning agility, critical thinking, and digital fluency, aligned with the professional profile that the future of work demands.
An experience that combines development, well-being, and impact.
Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of R$2,200, in addition to a benefits package that includes, among other things, transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, discounts on medications, Wellhub (Gympass), Einstein telemedicine, language courses, course platform, rewards club, and online therapy.
The program also reinforces Sanofi's vision that progress is accelerated when different perspectives are on the table, through a solid Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda. The pharmaceutical company, which has been voted the most inclusive in Brazil three times according to the Ethos Institute/Época Negócios, includes this topic in the development journey of its interns.
For Beatriz Silva, an intern at Sanofi, the experience goes beyond technical development:
“I never imagined being in a company where I could be myself, a woman from Northeast Brazil, LGBTQIAPN+, openly talking about my identity. The biggest lesson goes beyond the technical aspects: I discovered that I can grow professionally without hiding who I am, developing skills and soft skills while contributing authentically. Sanofi doesn't just talk about diversity, it lives it every day.”
Selection process stages
The selection process will be conducted by Companhia de Estágios and will consist of the following stages: registration, selection process with Companhia de Estágios, group dynamics, interview with the manager, admission, and document submission. The start date is scheduled for July 2026.
Registration takes place from March 2nd to April 19th at the following link: www.ciadeestagios.com.br/vagas/sanofi/
