In a scenario of squeezed margins, high costs, and a growing need for quick decisions, RP Info is integrating its retail solutions with the launch of RP One, a new management ecosystem that brings together processes, data, and strategy on a single platform. The system enters the market with a major differentiator: LISA, a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence that interacts with the user and offers insights based on data generated by the operation.

Primarily aimed at the supermarket sector, RP One marks the evolution of the company's ERP by proposing a more integrated and data-driven management. The platform unifies operations such as purchasing, sales, inventory, billing, and financial control, with consolidated information, intelligent dashboards, and intuitive navigation, supported by AI to facilitate data interpretation and support daily decision-making.
“The pressure for efficiency has never been greater in retail. RP One was developed to integrate information and give managers a clear view of the business in real time, allowing for faster and more well-informed decisions,” says Tiago Nascimento, commercial director of RP Info.
LISA acts as an intelligent layer on top of the system, assisting the user in interpreting operational and strategic data. The virtual assistant responds to interactions, highlights relevant information, and helps transform large volumes of data into practical insights for management, reducing the complexity of data use.
According to the commercial director, the goal of RP One is to reduce rework, expand process control, and improve the user experience, while preparing retailers for increasingly analytical management. “The platform consolidates the knowledge accumulated by RP Info over decades alongside retailers, integrating processes and putting the right information in the hands of decision-makers. The objective is to transform data into real support for business management and competitiveness,” emphasizes Nascimento.
The ecosystem brings together features such as RP Connect, the platform's communication and notification hub; PCX, Purchase Order with Comprehensive Analysis, which supports purchasing decisions based on sales, inventory, and supplier data; as well as strategic dashboards, enhanced viewers, and approval workflows integrated into the operational routine.
With over 30 years of experience, RP Info currently serves more than 3,000 supermarkets, has 20,000 active checkouts, and registers 78,000 users per day, processing over R$$ 60 billion in annual sales through its systems.
