Executive arrives to leverage regional partnerships

THE IN - Business Intelligence, elected Latin America Master Reseller of the Year 2022 by Qlik, announces the promotion of Rodrigo Segalla Uehara for the position of Director of Indirect Sales. The executive will be the leader responsible for the relationship program with current regional partners and for the strategic expansion of the number of authorized distributors throughout Brazil.

“In a very dynamic market, my goals are to strengthen our network of distributors and be much closer to them, aiming to increase collaboration with our channel allies, ensure our customers' satisfaction and, consequently, obtain greater results and profitability. ”, highlighted Rodrigo.

Rodrigo is a qualified professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Information Technology market. Graduated in Computer Science and MBA in Competitive Business Intelligence. This will be his second visit to IN, the company he left in 2018 to undertake in other market segments.

Currently, IN maintains around 50 regional partners and this number is expected to increase between 10% and 20% by the end of the year. “The channel strategy has evolved to accompany the much broader proposal of Qlik's current portfolio, which offers solutions for capturing, handling, processing and integrating data from a wide variety of sources and applications”, explains Rodrigo.

IN assists its commercial partners from accreditation as an authorized reseller (Authorized Reseller); provides training and enablement, shares updates on Qlik solutions; provides pre-sales support for strategic customers; monitors customer satisfaction through the Customer Success area; supports the generation and capture of leads; implements marketing plans and joint events; assists in carrying out proofs of concept, among other activities.

“The close connection with our distribution channels is one of the main pillars of our business strategy and we offer a complete qualification and support package. Our partners need to be able to demonstrate the advantages of Qlik solutions, implement, automate processes and empower customers and users, in addition to supporting the IT area so that they can make data available to the business areas. We will be together in the democratization of BI, Analytics and data integration tools throughout Brazil, putting the concept of Active Intelligence into practice”, concludes Bruno Guerra, CEO of IN.
