The program features a structured development journey, including training trails, onboarding activities, and initiatives that provide a comprehensive experience of the Roche universe. Additionally, each intern will be accompanied by a "buddy," a more experienced employee who provides support during the adaptation process, reinforcing the company's commitment to a welcoming, enriching, and continuous learning experience.

The selection process has the following steps:
- Job posting
- Receiving applications and initial screening (with video assessments)
- Recruitment team assessment, group dynamics and in-person interview.
Candidates selected for the offer and admission process must be informed between November 17 and 28, 2025.
