The gross margin of the Digital line in the period represented 76% of the Company's total

Listed on B3's Bovespa Mais (QUSW3), Quality Digital announces growth of 68% in the 3rd quarter of this year, compared to the same period last year, reaching revenues of R$ 59.3 million. The expressive result obtained is mainly a consequence of the strategy adopted by the Company to position itself as a company of digital acceleration solutions for its customers. “During this period, we consolidated our position as a Digital Acceleration company, since in the year, the gross margin of the Digital Line represented 76% of the Company's total, an increase of 14 percentage points in relation to the same period of the previous year", explains Rodrigo Torres, CFO of Quality.

With the entry of Digital Commerce solutions into the portfolio, adjusted EBITDA for the year reached R$ 27.7 million, growth of 70% and margin closed at 170% in relation to net revenue. “Net revenue was a record, and reached R$ 164.6 million, with 17.3% referring to organic growth and 38.2% inorganic (linked to the acquisition of ACCT)” adds Torres.

The results are in line with the company's initiatives in the Digital line, which seek to develop products that offer robust and complete diagnostic strategies, quick implementation of "Future Proof" virtual stores and application support. One of them is Headless Starters, a set of tools built with technology for the development of e-commerce with pre-built component templates, allowing our customers to have a quality and performing shop in a matter of a few weeks, reducing the time to market in 50%, explains Roberto Faria – Quality VP.

The DIGITAL business unit comprises three groups of products and services: Digital business (Dig-B), Digital Commerce (Dig-Com) and Digital Platforms. The first line of business is linked to digital acceleration directly related to our clients' businesses. The Digital Commerce line refers to an agile software engineering consultancy specializing in e-commerce, the business line of the acquired company ACCT. The Digital Platforms line is linked to ESGRC, 4AT (Automation) and Own Platforms (REIV) software and services related to the implementation of these tools. In the accumulated period of 2022, gross profit by groups of products and services reached a contribution margin of 35% in Digital Business, 40% in Digital E-commerce and 33% in Digital Platforms.
