With dedicated teams serving both the public and private sectors, the new commercial approach expands specialization in customer service and connects data, analytics, AI, and cloud computing to the priorities of each segment.
THE Qlik, Qlik, a global leader in data integration, data quality, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI), announces a new sales structure in Brazil. The operation will now have teams dedicated to two distinct areas—the public sector and the private sector. As part of this move, the company also announces the arrival of Marcos Hayashi and Rogério Sant'Ana as Sales Executives for the Enterprise area, strengthening the segmentation strategy and improving the quality of customer service. The new commercial structure will guide Qlik's operations in 2026, focusing on greater specialization by segment, closer customer relationships, and strengthening an integrated approach that combines analytics, cloud, and AI to support critical business decisions in the country.
Qlik's new commercial division was designed to keep pace with the maturity of the Brazilian market, which is moving from experimentation to scaling data-driven and AI-based initiatives. With dedicated teams, experienced leadership, and strategic investments, such as the launch of its cloud region in Brazil, the company expands its capacity to support organizations in building solid data foundations with governance, security, and compliance, enabling the responsible and scalable adoption of AI. In this context, Qlik's solutions aim to make data work for artificial intelligence. This helps organizations achieve AI with reliable data to generate context and insights. Furthermore, it allows for the acceleration of high-performance, cost-efficient, and adaptive AI through an open ecosystem built to evolve without restrictions on data and technologies.
“Qlik has a solid track record of innovation, not only in the development of AI technologies, but also in how it positions itself in the market to transform data into business value. The restructuring of the commercial area and the arrival of Hayashi and Sant'Ana reinforce our strategy of acting in a more specialized way, keeping pace with the evolving challenges of our clients. With this, we enter 2026 better prepared to support organizations in achieving the full potential of AI through flexible and reliable data product solutions, the analytical engine, and the Qlik agency experience, providing the foundation for a more efficient future,” says Olimpio Pereira, Country Manager of Qlik Brazil.
Established experiences strengthen the new phase.
With a solid track record in the technology market, Marcos Hayashi has accumulated experience in developing AI businesses and use cases applied to different sectors, such as finance, insurance, and retail, supporting global organizations in expanding the use of data and machine learning for decision-making. He holds a degree in Engineering from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and an MBA specializing in Computer Networks from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP), focusing on data architecture, cloud computing, and integration.
“In the corporate market and within large companies, the challenge lies in the complexity of the environments and the diversity of areas and teams involved in each project, which requires close collaboration with the executive level. It is precisely in this context that I work, focusing on building long-term relationships and helping these organizations evolve consistently, exploring Qlik's broad innovation portfolio according to their business priorities,” says Hayashi.
Rogério Sant'Ana has over 20 years of experience in technology sales for the corporate market, and his career is based on generating results with strategic accounts and building relationships with C-level executives, supporting organizations in various sectors, such as finance, retail, and cooperatives, to evolve their digitalization processes. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Municipal University of São Caetano do Sul (USCS).
“Throughout my career, I have worked side-by-side with large companies that seek to go beyond the traditional use of data and advance towards more sophisticated decision-making models. At Qlik, my role will be to support these organizations in building this journey, connecting data, analytics, cloud computing, and new AI approaches. The goal is to make technology no longer just a support tool, but an active part of the strategy,” highlights Sant'Ana.
