New partnerships with Alura, Recrut.Ai, ABES, CIONET, and other institutions strengthen the organization's ecosystem for education, employability, and volunteering.

Pulse Mais, a non-profit social impact organization dedicated to the productive inclusion of young people through education and employability in technology, announces the arrival of new strategic partners that expand and strengthen its work with companies, industry leaders, and educational institutions. With approximately 20 active partners currently, the organization consolidates a robust ecosystem focused on training, market connection, and social mobility.

Among the new partners is Alura, which will provide 50 licenses in Data Science and Java Development tracks for young people in the Pulse Mais network. The initiative expands access to high-quality technical training, aligned with the hottest demands of the technology market.

Another new development is the partnership with the Fesa Croma Institute, through which we will begin using the Recrut.ai platform (a Fesa Group solution), which presents itself as a strategic ally in promoting employability. The recruitment and selection platform brings more efficiency and agility to the connection between young people from Pulse Mais and partner companies, accelerating professional placement.

Pulse Mais also formalized its institutional affiliation with Brasscom, integrating spaces for discussion and exchange on productive inclusion in the technology sector, in addition to establishing a partnership with ABES (Brazilian Association of Software Companies). This entity brings together various companies with potential for employment and leaders who can act as volunteer mentors, as well as promoting events and thematic committees.

CIONET, a global organization present in more than 20 countries that brings together CIOs, CTOs, and technology leaders from leading companies, will now provide institutional support to Pulse Mais, contributing the vision and experience of leaders working on the digital transformation of organizations. The partnership reflects the convergence of purposes between the institutions and reinforces their commitment to talent development and strengthening the technology ecosystem, contributing to building a more diverse and connected future.

Among the already established partners are Papo Futuro, with whom Pulse Mais maintains a partnership for the donation of computers (in the last year alone, 40 devices were given to young people in the network), as well as institutions such as FIAP, UniÍtalo and Fellipelli, which contribute to the technical, behavioral and academic training of the participants.

According to Pulse Mais, the key differentiators of the new partnerships are primarily focused on expanding access to business ecosystems and leaders with employability and volunteer potential, as well as strengthening educational opportunities. “The impact of these partnerships goes beyond technical training. Scholarships and educational opportunities broaden the employability potential of young people, facilitate access to internships, and promote educational and social mobility. When we connect quality training with committed companies and leaders, we accelerate trajectories and transform realities,” emphasizes Eduardo Moura, Executive Director of Pulse Mais. The executive concludes by emphasizing that, with the expansion of the network and the consolidation of strategic partners, Pulse Mais reinforces its commitment to building bridges between young talent and the technology market, contributing to a more diverse, inclusive sector prepared for the future.
