With the aim of offering more and more opportunities to start a career in information technology, Porto is opening registrations for the 17th edition of its IT Training Program. New for 2024 is an exclusive and affirmative class for people with disabilities, with future possibilities for integration into the company's workforce. There are 30 places available for the bootcamp and interested parties can register directly on the website until June 10th: soulcode.com/porto.

Candidates aged 18 or over, residing in São Paulo (capital) or municipalities in Greater São Paulo, and with higher education in technology areas, completed or in progress, can participate in the selection process.

The selection process includes registration, logic test, video and interview stages. The bootcamp, in partnership with Brazilian edtech SoulCode Academy, which aims to democratize digital education in Brazil, lasts four weeks, with live 100% online classes, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. After this period, some of the students will be hired and undergo face-to-face training in Porto for two months to deepen their technical knowledge, soft skills and Porto culture. Afterwards, students will be allocated to technology teams according to their professional profiles.
