The Brazilian Association of Software Companies (ABES) was recognized with the Marco Maciel Award: Dialogue, Ethics and Transparency in Public-Private Relations, granted by ABRIG (Brazilian Association of Institutional and Governmental Relations). The award highlighted the HR Tech Platform, winner in the RIG category in Organized Civil Society, as an initiative with social and strategic impact for the technology sector.

During the award ceremony, held on August 26 in Brasília (DF), the directors Jamile Sabatini Marques (Innovation) and Marcelo Almeida (Government Relations) represented ABES and highlighted the role of the platform as a bridge between the productive sector and society.

Launched in July 2022, the RH Tech Platform is a comprehensive solution focused on talent development and promoting employability in the era of digital transformation. It consists of:

  • Technological Education Hub: an online catalog with courses offered by companies associated with ABES, institutes, NGOs and various educational institutions.
  • Job Hub: a space dedicated to publicizing job opportunities in technology, with a focus on attracting and connecting talent to the market.
  • HR Tech Overview: tool that gathers statistical data on employability in digital transformation, offering a strategic vision for companies and professionals.
  • ABES/IDC Workforce Study: brings together research that analyzes the main challenges faced by organizations in attracting and retaining talent in technology areas, as well as studies on diversity and inclusion.

The initiative has the partnership of organizations and companies such as CIEE, Trampos, Senac, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Qlik, in addition to NGOs such as Potent Youths, Reprogram, Programming, Awakening, among others, reinforcing ABES’ commitment to inclusion, diversity and training of qualified professionals.

"With this achievement, ABES reaffirms its leading role in building a more ethical, transparent, and inclusive technology ecosystem, aligned with market demands and Brazil's social challenges. Our purpose is to contribute to building a More Digital and Less Inequality Brazil."
