The Company implemented solutions for management, cash front, digital sales, payments and Pix, which have already brought results in service agility, cost reduction and improvements in internal processes

A pioneer in the “Fashion Soccer” fashion segment, the BUH network adopted the systems and solutions of TOTVS, the largest technology company in Brazil, to improve its operation and avoid obstacles in all management processes: from production and inventory, to front cash and payments. With the implementation of solutions in its own stores, the company has already achieved a reduction in costs at the front of the store and improvements in the internal process, better monitoring the results and avoiding failures. TOTVS solutions were also presented to BUH's franchised units with the aim of ensuring digital transformation throughout the network.

“We chose TOTVS because it is the best option to solve and avoid bottlenecks in systemic processes and, at the same time, increase the overall visibility of the business. Due to the market expertise and the support offered to customers, we observed that the company's solutions are efficient for the day-to-day of the entire production chain, with integrated, innovative systems that make omnichannel viable", says Felipe Sanchez, founding partner of BUH.

On the market for seven years, the clothing brand has a factory, six own units and 24 franchises, in addition to being present in e-commerce. To manage all these channels, BUH adopted the solutions TOTVS Fashion, a system natively developed for the fashion production chain, structured in a modular way to meet the needs of companies from the industrial stage to sale to the final customer; Digital Sales by Pluginbot, a web application that transforms a physical store into a self-service digital store; TOTVS TEF Payment, a solution that integrates payment methods with point-of-sale management, allowing work with multiple acquirers and brands, bringing more flexibility, agility and security to the operation; and TOTVS Instant Payment, a platform to receive payments via PIX and digital wallets, offering another means of payment and saving on transactions.

“TOTVS tools have already brought visible benefits to the operation. More productivity, better use of resources across the company, and convenient access to all performance data. For customers, we observed ease of interaction, speed of service, satisfaction with having more payment options and gains in reliability due to all these benefits”, Cauê Ribeiro, director of BUH.

For Elói Assis, Executive Director of Retail at TOTVS, it is an enormous satisfaction to support the client in their relationship with the final consumer, ensuring both internal and external benefits. “We are always attentive to customer demands and needs, as well as market trends. Developing solutions that respond and meet challenges is part of our commitment to customers. BUH is a practical example that the integration between channels and investment in means of payment promote an optimized and agile operation for everyone”, explains Elói Assis.
