NTT DATA Business Solutions and CONEXOS teamed up to automate up to 70% of import and export processes
One of the main global technology players, NTT DATA Business Solutions, took another step in its modernization and expansion process: it entered into a partnership with CONEXOS, a company that develops integrated software aimed at business management for foreign trade areas.
The partnership adds services to the GUEPARDO portfolio, which has been on the market for 13 years and has recently been strategically repositioned with new features.
With the change, GUEPARDO, recognized as the main Brazilian tax software and responsible for processing the equivalent of 9% of the Brazilian GDP, becomes a robust platform focused on the entire financial scenario of companies, offering a series of solutions to customers that go beyond of tax deliveries.
The products were brought together under a single brand and name: GUEPARDO – Fostering Finance, and customers have a hybrid product portfolio available, which combines cloud and on-premise components.
One of the products is GUEPARDO Global Trade by Conexos, a result of the partnership and which integrates the import and export processes between customers, suppliers, carriers, agents, customs clearance and the ERP. It is a management platform for foreign trade capable of controlling managerial and operational demands in just one place, automating up to 70% of processes in the international market.
The partnership reinforces NTT DATA Business Solutions' investment in the development of solutions that ensure greater compliance and benefits throughout the financial area of companies. NTT DATA will have exclusivity in the sale of the solution developed by CONEXOS. End-to-end financial solution
The changes were designed based on the company's exchange of experience with customers. Over these 13 years of GUEPARDO's existence, NTT DATA has started to meet not only the demands of calculating and generating tax obligations, but has expanded to other processes, which include the entry and exit of invoices, automation of bank payments , tax audit and master data validation. “In this way, we realize that we have become more than an implementing partner, but an ally of our clients' financial areas. The repositioning, which also involves a new visual identity, seeks to strengthen the GUEPARDO brand and unite it with the global potential of the NTT DATA name, but without losing focus on the solutions added to the product that has become a reference in the Brazilian tax area.
In addition to GUEPARDO Global Trade by CONEXOS, the following modules were also launched under the GUEPARDO – Fostering Finance brand: Tax, Audit, e-Invoicing, Analytics, Process Automation and Payments. Meet each one of them:
