The National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) has opened a public consultation aimed at technology and innovation companies, with the aim of improving their Compliance Checklist, an essential tool for ensuring transparency and security in the contracting and financing processes. The deadline for completing the consultation is October 3, 2025, but before that, on September 25, the bank will hold a livestream to demonstrate what they expect and answer entrepreneurs' questions.

The initiative, published on the platform WorldLabs, seeks to gather contributions from startups, scale-ups, developers, and other stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem. The focus is to make the checklist more efficient, accessible, and aligned with private sector practices, especially with regard to integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Why does this matter?

  • Enable performance control and traceability
  • Solution available in the SaaS model, hosted in Brazil
