Enhancements to the SuiteCloud Developer Network help partners deliver reliable, high-performance AI solutions faster
THE Oracle NetSuite, the #1 AI-powered cloud ERP, today announced updates to its partner program NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Network to help partners develop AI-powered business applications and accelerate new revenue opportunities. With the introduction of the SuiteApp.AI Marketplace, expanded categories focusing on AI security and performance, and new AI development capabilities, partners can more easily build, validate, and deliver differentiated AI solutions to NetSuite's global customer base.

The SuiteCloud Developer Network is a comprehensive program for independent software developers (ISVs) building applications on NetSuite's SuiteCloud platform. The latest updates make it easier for partners to build, deliver, and market AI applications. New features include:
- SuiteApp.AI Marketplace: Provides partners with a dedicated channel to showcase their AI-powered SuiteApps.
- New SuiteApp AI Category Badges: Enable partners to differentiate their AI solutions by demonstrating they meet standards Built for NetSuite privacy, security, performance, and design excellence. Two AI-specific seals recognize innovation and reliability:

- SuiteCloud Developer Network AI Elite: Designed for partner applications that deliver all their AI functionality through LLMs hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), helping improve data security and control.
- SuiteCloud Developer Network AI: Designated for partner applications that utilize SuiteCloud Platform APIs and/or third-party LLMs.
- AI Development Resources: Provides partners with the tools and engineering support they need to integrate and manage their chosen third-party LLMs within OCI, accessible directly through the SuiteCloud Developer Network portal. This advancement gives NetSuite customers confidence that their data and AI capabilities remain integrated and governed by OCI.
Partners present innovative AI solutions
SuiteCloud Developer Network partners are developing AI-powered SuiteApps to help NetSuite customers optimize operations and drive better business outcomes. Examples include:
- Avalara: An AI solution built securely on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Avi, integrates its tax and compliance agent, NetSuite, earning the AI Elite badge. In this first release, Avi will help automate compliance tasks by proactively guiding you from installation to configuration.
- Contivio: Created Contivio CloudConnect, an AI-powered interaction layer between customers, internal teams, and NetSuite, combining voice, chat, and SMS with AI transcription and bots that enhance every interaction.
- Legion: Developed integrated AI agents for cross-system finance teams that provide instant answers, optimize workflows, and expand enterprise visibility within NetSuite.
- Gatekeeper: developed AI Extract™ to automatically extract metadata and clauses from enterprise contracts within NetSuite, helping transform legacy data into digital records and automate manual processes.
- Cauzzy: Created AI-powered agents and chatbots that extend NetSuite, automating specialized workflows like expense anomaly detection and sales order analysis, increasing team productivity.
