Solutions for patient journey management, telemedicine, and AI will be implemented. in clinics in Florida
MV, a leader in healthcare technology in Latin America and currently recognized as the 5th largest provider of hospital software in the world, announces its entry into the North American market through a partnership with the Medstation group.
This initiative marks a decisive step in the company's internationalization process and brings digital healthcare journey solutions to the US public, such as MV Clinic and the Global Health platform, which integrate clinical data and enhance patient-centered care.
Launched in September, the operation will have a dedicated internationalization team, supported by local partners to handle all necessary regulations. Over the next two years, approximately US$$10 million will be invested in the project, with innovations that will also have an impact in Brazil.
MV's cutting-edge technology is enhanced by integration with Artificial Intelligence solutions from the startup Sofya, which recently received investments from the company. AI will be integrated into electronic health record systems to provide clinical decision support and optimize medical routines.
The move reinforces the company's global strategy. In March 2025, during HIMSS in Las Vegas, MV presented its technologies fully adapted for the American market, receiving great receptivity from the sector. “We had been testing the North American market for some time and identified an important gap in the US healthcare sector that can be filled with the experience and innovations we have developed in Brazil. Being present in this market, which is the most competitive and challenging in the world, is an essential step to consolidate our global position,” explains Paulo Magnus, CEO of MV.
In the initial phase of the partnership with Medstation, solutions will be made available for patient care and clinical journeys, telemedicine, and artificial intelligence. The expectation is to expand MV's technology portfolio to other areas of the healthcare system in the future.
“We are building a bridge between two healthcare ecosystems that can learn a lot from each other. The investment in the United States will strengthen our international presence and bring valuable lessons for us to continue innovating in Brazil as well,” adds Magnus.
Currently, MV operates in 11 Latin American countries, with an office in Panama, and also has clients in Angola. Entering the North American market consolidates the company's global expansion strategy and positions the brand as an international benchmark in innovation and technology for healthcare.
