Milky Moo, a Brazilian milkshake franchise chain based in Goiânia, Goiás, with over 700 locations, turned to Docusign to modernize its processes, increase legal certainty, and streamline contract formalization. Launched in 2020 amid the pandemic, the brand sold its first franchises in its first year of operation, including outside the state of Goiás.
