Valor refere-se ao último bimestre de 2025 com a integração do Limpa Nome via API
O Mercado Pago, instituição financeira do Grupo Mercado Livre, recuperou R$ 139 milhões em dívidas de clientes no último bimestre de 2025 por meio do Limpa Nome, plataforma de renegociação da Serasa. O resultado é fruto da ampliação da parceria entre as empresas e da evolução do modelo operacional, que passou de trocas periódicas de bases para uma integração direta via API, tornando a estratégia de recuperação mais escalável e eficiente.
A mudança permitiu ampliar significativamente o número de devedores elegíveis, reduzir fricções operacionais e oferecer uma jornada de negociação mais clara ao consumidor. Na prática, o novo modelo aumentou o alcance da estratégia e melhorou a experiência de quem busca regularizar suas pendências financeiras com o Mercado Pago.
O impacto fica evidente na comparação anual: no último bimestre de 2024, a recuperação das dívidas atrasadas foi de R$ 64 milhões. Um ano depois, o valor mais que dobrou, chegando aos R$ 139 milhões.
No último bimestre de 2025, o valor total de acordos fechados chegou a R$ 205 milhões, com mais de 1 milhão de clientes renegociando dívidas com o Mercado Pago. Desse total, mais de 860 mil consumidores efetuaram o pagamento.
