Mari Pinudo is the new Country Manager for Adobe Experience Cloud in Brazil. With almost 25 years of experience in the technology sector and experience at companies such as IBM, Gartner, Deloitte and Salesforce, she takes over the operation in the country, with the aim of strengthening relationships with customers and expanding the company's presence in strategic markets in different regions of Brazil.
Mari’s arrival in the position comes at an important time for Adobe. The Brazilian market has prioritized investments in technology applied to customer relationships, and the company stands out precisely for offering complete solutions for this challenge. “Our focus is to enable companies to better understand their customers and transform this knowledge into concrete actions, with a real impact on business,” says the executive.
In a global context, Adobe’s goal for Latin America is to grow three times faster than the global average, and Brazil represents half of this market. “Our expansion is aligned with the demands of Brazilian companies. When we analyze the strategic plans of these companies, we see that most of them signal growth, portfolio expansion and focus on customer experience. This is exactly what Adobe offers. Our growth strategy is supported by the market’s interest in investing in these solutions,” reinforces Mari.
The evolution of market maturity is also a point in Adobe’s strategy. Many companies talk about personalization, but the scope of real-time hyper-personalization is much greater. “Customer experience goes beyond hyper-personalization: it involves the intelligent use of data, integration between physical and digital, omnichannel service, content management, among others. And reaching this maturity will only be possible with the use of AI embedded in workflows. Our priority is to build this with our customers”, explains Adobe’s new Country Manager.
With a degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal Fluminense, an MBA from IBMEC and a degree as a Counselor from IBGC, Mari has built a multidisciplinary career and has worked in several technical and consulting areas. This background positions her in a unique way in the market. “Technology is part of the business strategy of all companies and my mission is for Adobe to be at the center of this discussion, delivering experiences, results and ensuring the success of our customers”, she concludes.
Under her leadership, Adobe in Brazil will continue its growth and technology implementation trajectory, focusing on the adoption of digital solutions and personalization at scale by companies. “For Adobe, AI is not an isolated topic, but a tool integrated into everyday business. With almost 25 years in the technology market, Mari Louvain Pinudo graduated in Computer Science from UFF and completed an MBA at the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets.
