Makro Engenharia, a company specializing in lifting and moving loads, has entered into a partnership with TOTVS, the largest technology company in Brazil. The agreement involves the contracting of TOTVS Rental, TOTVS Backoffice – Linha Protheus, TOTVS Checklist and TOTVS Transmite solutions. With this investment, the Fortaleza-based company, a TOTVS client since 2010, is seeking more efficient and integrated management of the company's core processes.

With the solution TOTVS Rental, the company will be able to manage and control all processes involved in the leasing of assets quickly and securely, with visualization and monitoring of all stages and leasing contracts. The solution is integrated with TOTVS Backoffice – Protheus Line, which unifies and digitalizes administrative routines, with modules that cover the demands of the entire operation, from billing, accounting, contracts, tenders, etc.
Already with the solution TOTVS Checklist, the employee can carry out inspections and manage the documents of drivers and vehicles, providing greater mobility and agility to vehicle inspections and checks. The application, which runs offline, is fully customizable, allowing the creation of a questionnaire with the information that the company requires about the vehicle. Finally, Makro will also have the TOTVS Transmits, which monitors invoices and other electronic documents involved in the operation.
“Makro Engenharia was already a TOTVS client, but it was facing significant challenges in some stages of its operations.
