First edition will focus on black professionals and aims to boost skills development in technology
Logicalis, a global information and communication technology solutions and services company, announces the launch of the Level Up program, which aims to boost the careers of minority groups through training in information technology.
The first edition of the program will focus on blacks, over 18 years old, who have already completed a professional or technical course in IT and are looking for opportunities for their professional development.
The project will select up to 120 people, who will be divided into three groups. Each class will go through a unique and differentiated learning journey in information technology, lasting three months.
With modules aimed at technical topics and the development of soft skills, the knowledge trails will be conducted by highly qualified instructors, in a remote and free model 100%. Content will cover networking fundamentals, client management, mindset digital, among other topics that will help professionals better prepare for future job opportunities in the technology market.
Throughout the course, each participant will be accompanied by a Logicalis mentor, who will support him in the process of self-knowledge and enhancement of his skills and values. These biweekly mentorships will be carried out individually and with the support of a behavioral assessment tool.
“The program was 100% prepared by volunteer professionals from Logicalis Brasil, who formed a multidisciplinary team united by the same purpose: to impact lives. The technical knowledge trail merges e-learning content and online classes to promote more interaction and knowledge exchange. The behavioral trail includes virtual courses, webinars on career opportunities in the world of technology”, explains Tânia Casa, director of Human Relations and Administration at Logicalis for Latin America.
At the end, those who complete the program will receive a certificate issued by Logicalis and will be able to apply for any vacancy in the companies of the group. "Our main objective is to help boost the career of the participants, allowing them to be able to compete for the various opportunities in the technology market, including at Logicalis", concludes Tânia, highlighting that the Talent Acquisition it will also be able to direct potential candidates to vacancies in the organization.
