The closing of the ABES Summit 2025 was marked by the award ceremony of the Award Brazil, Digital Country, which honored individuals, institutions, and companies that have excelled in promoting digital transformation and technological inclusion in the country. Held on the event's main stage, the awards ceremony brought together leaders, authorities, and representatives from the technology and innovation sector. Ambassador Category: leaders who inspire the digital future
The first category honored public figures who have served as true ambassadors of innovation in Brazil. The professionals who received their plaques were:
- Adriana Ventura (Federal Deputy for São Paulo, NOVO): awarded for her work in innovation and Artificial Intelligence policies, advocating for digital solutions that expand access to and quality of healthcare in Brazil. She is the author of Telemedicine Law (13.989/2020) and the Telehealth Law (14.510/2022).
- Ana Estela Haddad (Secretary of Information and Digital Health of the Ministry of Health): received the award for her leadership in the implementation of digital health and telehealth policies, promoting innovation and technological inclusion in population care.
- Jean Castro (Founding Partner and CEO of Vector Government & Institutional Relations): recognized for his more than 20 years of experience in the regulatory environment and for leading one of the most respected government relations companies in the country with innovation and integrity.
Protagonist Category: Agents of change in the digital landscape
In the category Protagonist, the award highlighted individuals who lead transformative initiatives. Juliana Ramalho, CEO of Talento Sênior, was chosen by popular vote for her work in favor of the productive inclusion of professionals 45+, connecting SMEs with experienced experts.
Moacir Antonio Marafon, co-founder of Softplan and VP of Talent at ACATE, was recognized for his more than 35 years of contributions to the technology sector in Santa Catarina. Paulo Magnus, CEO of MV, was honored for leading the digital transformation of healthcare in Latin America. His daughter, Luiza Magnus, accepted the award on his behalf.

The 15th edition of ABES SUMMIT, held in October 8th at the JW Marriott, in São Paulo, had as its central theme “Digital Frontiers – Geopolitics, Technology and Sustainability”.
