Specialist in Artificial Intelligence, Loren Spíndola participates in the largest and most important Brazilian seminar on the chatbots, voice bots, virtual assistants and artificial intelligence market
Loren Spíndola, one of the leaders of the Artificial Intelligence Working Group of the Brazilian Association of Software Companies (ABES), was one of the speakers on the second day of the Super Bots Experience 2022, which took place on Tuesday (16/08) and Wednesday (17/08) in São Paulo.
The event, which is aimed at executives in the areas of customer service, marketing, business development, IT, technology from major brands that use bots and industry suppliers, is considered the largest and most important Brazilian seminar on the market for chatbots, voice bots, virtual assistants and artificial intelligence.
“I am honored to be able to show the work that ABES does in favor of regulating the use of Artificial Intelligence in an event that proposes the discussion around opportunities, trends and challenges of the technology market”, declares Loren Spíndola.
In order to collaborate with discussions on the regulation of AI in the Brazilian market, ABES recently forwarded its contributions to the Committee of Jurists of the Federal Senate, in charge of the matter, chaired by the minister of the STJ, Ricardo Villas Bôas Cueva.
In the document, 8 priorities were suggested for public policies and legislation involving AI that were evaluated as fundamental to promoting reliable AI: Stimulating the Development and Adoption of AI in Brazil; Legal Security; Regulation Based on the Use of AI; Risk Based Regulation; Correct allocation of Duties and Civil Liability; Regulation that provides Guidelines; Governance; Compliance with Existing Legislation.
