The appointment of Sérgio Simões as CoS strengthens the executive agenda and growth plan of AG, which projects to end 2025 with a revenue of R$1.4 billion.
AG Capital Group, Brazil's leading taxtech and a leader in tax intelligence and tax management, announces the arrival of Sérgio Simões as Chief of Staff (CoS). The executive, who already serves as leader of the company's Advisory Board, now joins the Executive Committee, expanding his strategic contribution to the group.
In his new role, he will be CEO Arnaldo Glavam Jr.'s right-hand man, supporting the integration of strategic initiatives, the alignment of executive priorities, and the strengthening of AG Capital's leadership agenda.

With over two decades of experience in corporate governance, board transformation, and business succession, Simões has established his career as a strategist and agent of organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has structured boards, preparing them to deal with complex scenarios, and supported organizations in incorporating innovation, digitalization, and sustainability as growth drivers. He also excelled in hiring and mentoring CEOs, board directors, and board chairs.
Accelerated expansion
Simões' arrival coincides with a period of strong growth for AG Capital. In the first eight months of 2025, the company achieved R$170 million in revenue, an increase of approximately R$501,000 compared to the same period in 2024, and projects to close the year with revenue of R$300 million.
With 15 years of experience, the company has already assisted 11,500 clients throughout Brazil, identifying R$7.8 billion in tax credits. Furthermore, it is undergoing a nationwide expansion: this month, it will open units in Araçatuba (SP), Cuiabá (MT), Manaus (AM), and Fortaleza (CE), and by December, it will open new offices in Curitiba (PR), Maceió (AL), Porto Alegre (RS), and Campinas (SP). By the end of 2025, the group will have 19 units, consolidating its presence in every region of the country.
Currently, AG Capital maintains operations in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília, Jundiaí, Salvador, Recife, Belém, Belo Horizonte, Uberaba, Florianópolis and Chapecó, reinforcing its position as a reference in tax technology in the Brazilian market.
