Andreone most recently served as Country Manager in Brazil, where she led market expansion and strengthened enterprise adoption of the Genesys Cloud™ platform. In her new role, Andreone will lead sales strategy and execution across Latin America, helping companies accelerate the adoption of agentic AI and advance to higher levels of experience orchestration that drive customer loyalty and long-term business growth.
The appointment comes amid continued growth for Genesys in Latin America.
