Live | ABES Certificate: Sale of Software and IT Services to governments, without bidding
In this live broadcast, we will present the types of certificates issued by ABES, designed to streamline the purchasing process by public entities and government agencies, without holding competitions or auctions, as authorized by Law No. 14,133/21 (new legislation on Public Tenders and Contracts that came into effect on April 1, 2021) and explain the concept of non-enforceability (presented in section II of art. 74), in addition to sharing cases of use of the certificates.
