Current index is 33%; This initiative derives from the company's public commitment to the 2030 Elas Lideram Movement, from the UN's 2030 Agenda, in the pursuit of gender equality

Leadcomm, a digital and data security company that operates in a one-stop-shop format, intends to have around 50% of its top leadership positions occupied by women by 2030. Currently, this index is 33%. The objective is part of the commitment assumed by the company when signing the Movement They Lead 2030.
Created by UN Global Compact in Brazil, the initiative aims to promote 11,000 women to senior leadership positions in Brazilian companies by 2030 and to have at least 150 high-level leaders engaged with this ambition. The Movement has training actions, such as training and mentoring, and aims to promote leadership engagement in high-level events, production of research and support materials for the private sector.
“We observe gender inequality in various scenarios, but mainly in career and work opportunities, where women still suffer discrimination, prejudice and harassment”, says Ingrid Chiarini, Head of People. “By signing Elas Lideram 2030, we reinforce our defense of ESG strategies. In 2022, we had already joined the UN Global Compact, an initiative to mobilize the business community to adopt and promote, in their business practices, Ten Principles universally accepted in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment and the fight against corruption”, explains.
Ilton Duccini, CEO of Leadcommm, comments that despite providing equal treatment and wages between genders, the company is part of the world of cybersecurity, in which women represent only 20% of the workforce, according to a study by the Center for Cyber Safety and Education. “It is a market with a great shortage of professionals. And yet, it's one of many industries where women are still underrepresented. This is for a number of reasons, such as the lack of visibility of women in cybersecurity roles, the lack of support and accessibility, and the persistence of gender stereotypes that associate technology and security with masculinity. In this sense, Elas Lideram 2030 is one of the most important current initiatives to change this scenario”, he says.
The Movement is part of Ambition 2030, a series of proposed initiatives to accelerate the UN's 2030 Agenda, made up of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that aim to make societies around the world more equal. Elas Lead 2030 is related to “SDG 5 – Gender Equality”, which provides for the end of all forms of discrimination against all women and girls everywhere, as well as the full and effective participation of women and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic and public life.
The organizers of Elas Lideram 2030 intend to involve more than 1500 companies in Brazil. They will be able to count on the strategic support of organizations such as CEERT, Business Coalition for the End of Violence Against Women and Girls, Grupo Mulheres do Brasil, GPTW, Rede Mulher Empreendedora, Me Too Brasil, We Impact, WOB, Think Olga, in addition to the ambassador companies Movimento Women 360 who, alongside Uber and Animale, finance all Movement activities.
